Refund policy

Thank you for choosing Reliantrade. We value your business and strive to ensure the quality of every shipment. Because we operate in wholesale and specialized retail sectors, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining efficient global logistics.

1. General Policy

All sales are considered final. Returns or exchanges are only permitted for items that are defective, damaged during transit, or incorrectly shipped (wrong SKU/model). We do not offer returns or refunds for "change of mind" or unsold inventory.

2. Reporting Period

To be eligible for a return or claim, you must inspect your shipment upon arrival and notify us of any issues within:

• Wholesale/Bulk Orders: 3 business days of delivery.

• Retail/Individual Orders: 7 calendar days of delivery.

Reports made after this period will not be accepted, as items are assumed to have been received in good condition.

3. Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be in its original, unopened packaging (unless the defect is internal).

• All original manuals, accessories, and parts must be included.

• You must provide a proof of purchase and clear photographic/video evidence of the defect or damage.

4. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Before returning any goods, you must contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• Any shipments sent back to our warehouse (Guangzhou or otherwise) without an approved RMA will be rejected.

• The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the return packaging.

5. Sector-Specific Rules

• Vehicles & Construction Equipment: These items are covered by specific Manufacturer Warranties. Once a vehicle or heavy machine has been registered or used, it cannot be returned for a refund. We will assist in coordinating repairs or parts replacement under warranty.

• Electronics & Medical Equipment: Defective units will be replaced or repaired. Refunds are only issued if a replacement is unavailable.

• Furniture & Appliances: Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect the utility of the item may be settled via a partial credit rather than a full return.

6. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

• At-Fault Returns: If the return is due to our error (wrong item) or a manufacturer defect, Reliantrade will cover the return shipping costs.

• Approved Discretionary Returns: In rare cases where a return is granted for other reasons, the buyer is responsible for all return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee.

7. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will be applied to your original method of payment or your Reliantrade account balance within 7–10 business days.
